- User Content: Text, photos, and audio you create in capsules

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data (including photos and wishes/messages) is stored with the following security measures:
In Transit
All data is encrypted using TLS/SSL during transmission between your device and our servers.
At Rest
Your capsule content (text, photos, audio) is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase with server-side encryption enabled.
Access Control
Your data can only be accessed by your authenticated account. We use row-level security policies to ensure data isolation.
Note
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention Policy
Sealed Capsules
Your capsule content is retained until the capsule unlocks and you choose to delete it, or until you delete your account.
Unlocked Capsules
After a capsule unlocks, content remains accessible until you manually delete it.
Account Data
Retained until you request account deletion.
Deleted Data
When you delete content or your account, data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
5. App Permissions
Photo Library Access
We request access to your Photo Library so you can select and add photos to your time capsules. We only access photos you explicitly select - we never scan or access your entire photo library.
Push Notifications
We use push notifications to alert you when your time capsules are ready to be opened. You can disable notifications in your settings at any time.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for them to provide services to us, such as data storage, authentication, and push notifications. These providers are obligated to protect your information and only use it as directed by us.

12. Policy Changes
